Marilyne heeft photoGRAPHICdesign ingeschakeld voor het ontwerp van het logo van haar immokantoor. We hebben diverse afgeleide versies van haar logo gemaakt, zodat het gebruikt kon worden op verschillende dragers en op verschillende formaten. We hebben vervolgens klein (visitekaartjes, flyers en briefpapier) en groot (borden en gevelpaneel) drukwerk ontworpen. We hebben de website ontworpen en gepubliceerd.<\/p>\n

Maryline heeft ongeveer twee jaar geleden haar immokantoor opgericht.<\/p>\n

Ze heeft photoGRAPHICdesign gevraagd om een logo te ontwerpen voor haar activiteit. Ze heeft ons vervolgens het ontwerp van haar website toevertrouwd, nadat we verschillend klein en groot drukwerk hadden ontworpen.<\/p>\n

Logo-ontwerp<\/h4>\n

Het logo is het centrale element in de visuele communicatie. In de immosector is de concurrentie zeer sterk en al lange tijd gevestigd. Om het verschil met de anderen te maken, moest het logo van Immokantoor Fromont & Bruy\u00e8re originele vormen en kleuren hebben, maar eveneens rekening houden met de symboliek van de sector.<\/p>\n

Afgeleide versies van het logo<\/h4>\n

Het was een risico om te verschillen van de anderen, door originele kleuren voor de sector te gebruiken. In dit geval is het risico de moeite waard geweest, want je herkent de branding van Immokantoor Fromont & Bruy\u00e8re duidelijk. Van het logo werden daarna afgeleide versies gemaakt voor klein en groot drukwerk (flyers, briefpapier, visitekaartjes, een gevelpaneel voor montage aan de muur van het agentschap en V-vormige borden om aan de gevel van het te verkopen vastgoed te bevestigen).<\/p>\n

Website<\/h4>\n

Een immokantoor is gespecialiseerd in de aan- en verkoop van vastgoed. Het is echter niet gemakkelijk op financieel vlak om hierin een nieuwe activiteit te beginnen. Maryline wilde zelf modificaties en toevoegingen kunnen doen aan de website zodra die online gezet was. Op deze manier kon ze zelf het vastgoed op de website zetten. Een WordPress CMS werd perfect aangepast aan haar behoeften. We hebben voor haar een template gekozen, die speciaal voor immokantoren was ontwikkeld \u2014 inclusief een gebruikersvriendelijke zoekmachine.<\/p>\n

Een opleiding om zelfstandig te kunnen werken<\/h4>\n

Na een opleiding van enkele uren en verschillende aanpassingen om de template geschikt te maken voor gebruik in het Frans (templates zijn vaak alleen in het Engels ontworpen), was Maryline in staat haar website alleen te beheren. Op sommige punten grijpen we in om zeer specifieke wijzigingen uit te voeren.<\/p>\n

Responsive website<\/h4>\n

Het spreek voor zich dat de website van Immokantoor Fromont & Bruy\u00e8re responsive is: dit wil zeggen dat de weergave zich aanpast aan het gebruikte apparaat \u2014 van smartphone via tablet tot desktop computer. Het was \u00e9\u00e9n van de vereisten in het bestek. Alle websites die we ontwerpen, zijn sowieso responsive. Als we templates gebruiken, moeten die verplicht voldoen aan deze eis.<\/p>\n

\nWaarom WordPress?<\/p>\n

WordPress is een open source platform, wat betekent dat iedere module die ervoor ontwikkeld is, voor iedereen toegankelijk is. Er is een grote community die zich erom heen verzameld heeft, en alle informatie is gemakkelijk op internet te vinden. Mochten we ooit de samenwerking met een klant be\u00ebindigen, dan is het voor hen altijd gemakkelijk om een andere leverancier te vinden om het beheer over te nemen.<\/p>\n

Van het logo naar de website<\/h2>\n

Voor deze opdracht hebben we grafisch ontwerp en typografie gecombineerd voor het logo-ontwerp. Grafisch ontwerp is eveneens gebruikt voor klein en groot drukwerk, alsmede webdesign en -development voor de creatie van de website.<\/p>\n
