Een zestal jaar geleden heeft de banketbakker uit Binche, Stanislas Gozdek, zijn zaak gerenoveerd. Hij wilde voor zijn gevel, rekening houdend met de strenge stedenbouwkundige regels, een venster met een groot drukwerk, dat zijn producten vertegenwoordigt, afdekken. Hier is alles mee begonnen.<\/p>\n

Creatief proces<\/h2>\n

Stanislas heeft photoGRAPHICdesign gecontacteerd om zijn dochtertjes te fotograferen, terwijl ze zijn heerlijke delicatessen proefden. Deze foto moest een venster in zijn gevel afdekken. Het was dus een zeer groot formaat! We hebben vervolgens het ontwerp en de realisatie van zijn reclamefolders voor de eindejaarstijd verzorgd: het fotograferen (en daarna mogen proeven van) de diverse producten en ze op de pagina’s van de folder plaatsen, rekening houdend met hun samenstelling. We hebben net de de 7e editie voltooid.<\/p>\n

Stanislas wist niet dat er een portretfotograaf in de regio Binche was. Hij was heel nieuwsgierig toen hij onze fotostudio ontdekte. Hij heeft ons vervolgens het ontwerp van zijn eindejaars-reclamefolder toevertrouwd.<\/p>\n

Productfotografie van gebak<\/h4>\n

Banketbakkerij Gozdek in Binche is bekend voor zijn verfijnde recepten, die iedere eindejaarsperiode worden vernieuwd. Talloze klanten wachten dus ongeduldig op de nieuwe lijst met suggesties, zodat ze hun bestellingen kunnen doen. De folders (en de foto’s) moesten je doen snakken naar gebak en de versheid van de diverse suggesties tonen.<\/p>\n

Het is een uitdaging om een grote diversiteit van producten (met hun samenstelling) te presenteren op een zeer gereduceerde oppervlakte. De suggesties voor Kerst en Nieuwjaar zijn op \u00e9\u00e9n en hetzelfde drukwerk weergegeven. Ieder jaar proberen we iets nieuws te doen met hun voorstelling.<\/p>\n

Wanneer je verse ingredi\u00ebnten in packshot fotografeert, verliezen ze \u2014 ondanks belicht te zijn door flitsers \u2014 snel hun versheid en kunnen ze niet meer verkocht worden. Op deze manier geeft Stanislas ons het heerlijke gebak dat we hebben gefotografeerd. Omdat het over het algemeen nieuwe recepten zijn, kunnen we ze op deze manier proeven en de indruk die onze smaakpapillen van hebben, delen.<\/p>\n
